  • If the computer problem is hardware-related a technician will visit your site and do whatever necessary to resolve it.
  • To address specific concerns, Help Desk support can be provided on a per call basis. If stabilizing costs is a concern a monthly plan is also available.

Desktop and Help Desk On-Site Support

  • Japan Tech’s desktop field engineers and Help Desk support have strong problem-solving, analytic skills. In a fast and efficient manner, they install, configure, troubleshoot, format and reimage workstations, laptops and printers. They also install and troubleshoot software problems, diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • We also provide bi-lingual English/Japanese support for senior Japanese management, Japanese operating systems and applications.
  • Desktop and Help Desk is provided on site for long term contracts.
  • At your request we’ll provide a monthly analysis of the type and number of problems and recommend solutions to reducing the number of them.
